Il People Mover, una navetta su rotaia sopraelevata, collega il Tronchetto a Piazzale Roma e al porto in pochi minuti. Nessuna strada prosegue oltre. The People Mover, a shuttle on an elevated rail, links Tronchetto to Piazzale Roma and the port in a few minutes. No road continues beyond. The city stays on foot.

Marco Polo sta in terraferma, a una corsa d'acqua dalla città. Si prosegue con le motonavi che fermano a Fondamente Nove, San Marco e Zattere, o con gli autobus che finiscono a Piazzale Roma. L'aeroporto di Treviso serve la stessa sponda da più lontano, con bus verso Mestre e la stazione.
